Affordable Conflict Resolution

The mediator’s hourly rate is $500.00 per hour plus GST and reasonably incurred disbursements for preparation, attendance and requested follow up. The cost of the mediation will be paid equally by the parties unless there is agreement otherwise. A cancelation fee of $1,000.00 plus applicable tax may be charged if the mediation is cancelled with less than 5 clear business days’ notice.
